Training course in Health Management

 

According to an Order of the Rector № 427/07.04.2005, under the Decree of the Council of Ministers №162 /17.04.1997 and Ordinance №9/26.06.2000, the Faculty of Economics at the SWU of Neofit Rilski – Blagoevgrad organizes and holds a part-time (postgraduate) training course in Health Management.

The curriculum and syllabi of the various subjects have been accepted by the department of Management and Marketing, approved and certified by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and agreed with the BMA. The qualification course is provided with highly qualified lecturers from the Faculty of Economics at the SWU of Neofit Rilski – Blagoevgrad. Graduates of the course receive a professional qualification in Health Management.

The course duration is two semesters.

Doctors and specialists from the country are enrolled for the training course.

Documents required for application:

1. Application to the Dean of the Faculty of Economics at the SWU of Neofit Rilski – Blagoevgrad;
2. Copy of higher education diploma.

The course ends with a defense of a thesis on the problems of health management.

The graduates receive a certificate of professional qualification.

Upon successful completion of the training course graduates are given the number of credit points for the form of training in accordance with the requirements of the BMA for the organization of continuing education.

Qualification course for obtaining the professional qualification “Teacher in economic courses”

 

On the grounds of the Decree by the Council of Ministers № 162/17.04.1997 and the Regulation for the uniform state requirements of obtaining the professional qualification “Teacher", the Faculty of Economics of the SWU "Neofit Rilski" Blagoevgrad holds an extramural qualification course for obtaining the professional qualification “Teacher in economic courses”.

The plan of study and the courses included are adopted by the Department of Socioeconomics, approved and endorsed by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics. The qualification course is provided by highly qualified professors and associate professors from the Faculty of Economics and other faculties of the SWU "Neofit Rilski" Blagoevgrad. The qualification course graduates will acquire the professional qualification “Teacher in economic courses”.

The course duration is two study terms/semesters.

Eligible to apply for the qualification course are economic major graduates from all universities and students at the Faculty of Economics of the SWU "Neofit Rilski" in the third and the fourth year of their studies.

Application documents:

1. A request to the Dean of Faculty of Economics of the SWU "Neofit Rilski" Blagoevgrad;
2. A copy of the university diploma or a certificate of a third or a fourth year study at Faculty of Economics of the SWU "Neofit Rilski" Blagoevgrad.

The course ends with a pre-graduation internship and a state practical exam at a school.

The course graduates will receive a teacher's certificate.

 

 

Qualification course for obtaining the professional qualification “Tour guide”

 

On the grounds of article 69 of the Regulation of education activities of the SWU, an extramural course is organized for acquiring the professional qualification “Tour guide”.

The plan of study and the courses included are adopted by the Department of Socioeconomics, approved and endorsed by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics. The qualification course is provided by highly qualified professors and associate professors from the Faculty of Economics and other faculties of the SWU "Neofit Rilski" Blagoevgrad as well as by visiting lectures from the Association of Bulgarian Tour Guides

The duration of the course is as follows:

• Two semesters for Tourism major graduates and Tourism major students, as well as for students in a process of obtaining an education and a qualification degree from the Faculty of Economics of the SWU "Neofit Rilski";
• Three semesters for graduates from other majors such as geography, history, philology etc. from all universities.

All applicants have to sit for a written and oral examination in a foreign language before the course.

1. A request to the Dean of Faculty of Economics of the SWU "Neofit Rilski" Blagoevgrad;
2. A copy of the university diploma or a certificate of a third or a fourth year study at Faculty of Economics of the SWU "Neofit Rilski" Blagoevgrad.
3. A certificate of a command of a foreign language (if available)

The course graduates will receive the professional qualification “Tour guide”
